Key responsibilities: Update company databases with new employee information. Assist Talent Acquisition team by screening resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies. Schedule and organize interviews with shortlisted candidates. Send rejection emails to candidates. Assist with new hire orientations. Prepare HR-related reports if needed. Assist in the planning of HR events and career days.
