Your responsibilities will include: Organizing the training and development process; organizing surveys; assessing competencies; organizing work with career development maps; creating individual development plans for critical roles; drafting and implementing individual development plans for employees; organizing and regularly improving work in the Learning and Development portal (LMS); enhancing and organizing the ABB Internship Program; conducting work related to the internal satisfaction survey (Employee Engagement) among employees, etc.
