Specialist in Camera Monitoring for the Monitoring and Analytics Department

Responsibilities: Ensuring the uninterrupted operation of POS terminals, acquiring operations, and e-commerce systems; Setting up remote monitoring systems (e.g., real-time analytical dashboards); Tracking acquiring projects, allocating resources, and monitoring tasks; Automating business processes, creating digital ecosystems; Timely detection of suspicious, incompatible, or risky operations and informing the relevant department; Preparing reports based on monitoring results, visualizing, and explaining the outcomes; Eliminating discrepancies identified during monitoring. Suitable candidate for us: Higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or IT); 1–3 years of experience in acquiring; Knowledge of payment systems, POS terminals, and card operations; Knowledge in the acquiring field and experience working at PSPs (Payment Service Providers); Ability to work with SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze anomalies in operations; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani (Russian or English language proficiency is an advantage); Technical knowledge related to POS or payment terminals is desirable; A person with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
