Specialist in automated operating system support

Your tasks will include: analyzing requests from the bank's structural departments, executing according to incoming requests. Analyzing bug/error records generated during operations, resolving technical problems according to escalation procedures; carrying out requests within the specified time frame; investigating and resolving users' issues; answering calls from users. The suitable candidate for us: Higher education; At least 2 years of work experience in the IT field (bank experience is preferred); knowledge of SQL (knowledge of PL-SQL is an advantage); general knowledge of bank operations, products, and their features (Flexcube, IBM); general knowledge of other software applications used in banks; knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages; interested in adapting to a rapidly changing and evolving environment and learning new things. Ability to work with critical execution timelines and time management skills; strong communication skills; ability to work in a team; proactive and open to new ideas; ability to solve problems with a systematic and analytical approach.
