Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. +3 years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting. Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Russian is an advantage. Min. CFA level 1 is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools (e.g., Think-cell) Good communication skills. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage tasks effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in fintech, payments, or e-commerce is beneficial.
