Senior Specialist in Business Analytics for Retail Segment

Job responsibilities include: Detailing the technical analysis of business processes to the level of database model design; Preparing a technical document for business processes (at user and technical levels - use case); Participating in the preparation of minimal test plans and test scenarios for business processes; Monitoring changes during the execution phase of the technical task and checking compliance with requirements; Coordinating business processes/architecture/change with all relevant stakeholders; Collaborating with the programming team of the business process (Flex, BPM, Management) and providing reports on the completed work; Ensuring the feasibility of report preparation during the analysis and identifying potential risks; Assisting the team to ensure that the deployment and release processes are prepared and monitored according to deadlines; Transferring processes or changes to the technical support team; Discussing technical issues with IT, client structure, and other partners (third parties) and ensuring compliance. Suitable candidate for us: Higher education; Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the field; Knowledge of banking products; Ability to prepare technical tasks (preparing documents at user and technical levels, establishing sequence algorithms); Knowledge of querying databases (SQL); Proficiency in foreign languages (at the level of understanding and drafting a technical task); Knowledge of web services: Type of architecture (Rest/Soap), ability to query API servers, understanding of querying formats (JSON / XML); Knowledge of flowcharts (BPMN). Desired: Experience working in an agile environment in a bank; Experience with banking modules (Flexcube / BPM); Experience related to mobile applications (minimum 1 year); Ability to work with Jira and Confluence; Ability to draw flows through Camunda or BPMN.IO; Ability to formulate business needs in the form of AI use cases; Experience writing functional & non-functional requirements for AI-based solutions.
