Senior Backend Developer (.Net)

"PAŞA Sığorta" ASC invites candidates for the position of Senior Backend Developer (.Net) to become a member of a professional team. Responsibilities include providing technical support and development for existing information systems at PAŞA Sığorta, conducting code reviews, responding immediately to issues arising in information systems and taking appropriate urgent measures to eliminate disruptions in system services, ensuring the recovery and systematic verification of the integrity of service information in the systems in accordance with instructions, organizing the work processes of third-party organizations in the implementation and creation of new systems, collaborating with other developers in preparing necessary APIs and connections via mobile applications and other services, and fulfilling other tasks related to IT infrastructure as assigned by the direct supervisor. Education and qualifications: Higher bachelor's degree; Certificates are desirable; Experience: 3 years; Knowledge and skills: Knowledge and skills in the field/specialization, expertise in developing enterprise-level applications such as Asp.Net Core, C#, SQL, RESTful API; planning and designing system architecture; code review and technical mentoring; CI/CD, Docker, GitFlow, Jenkins, etc.; application security and data protection; Behavioral skills: team leadership and technical guidance; performance monitoring and ensuring code quality; product-oriented thinking and strategic planning; effective communication with stakeholders; management of critical problems; Language skills: Azerbaijani, English.
