• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or similar Agile certification. • At least 3 years of work experience in a bank or with products. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile principles. • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence) is preferred. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
