Your duties will include: Managing assigned current corporate and retail customers, executing product sales; Attracting new corporate and retail customers to the bank and conducting product sales; Coordinating customer inquiries with relevant structural bodies, following up on the process during collaboration and inquiries, providing support until the resolution of potential problems; Initial tracking of delays with customers in the portfolio; Performing necessary tasks to meet the assigned quarterly and annual targets. The ideal candidate for us: Has a higher education in economics; Fluent in Azerbaijani; Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable; At least 1 year of experience in the corporate customer service field; High-level communication skills; Stress resilience; A person with high-level sales characteristics.
