İş təsviri və tələblər

•

- Age limit: 30 - 45;

•

- Gender: Male;

•

- Language skills: Fluent in Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;

•

Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, experience with 1C accounting software;

•

Higher education (in finance and accounting fields);

•

At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field;

•

High proficiency in the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and local legislation related to finance and accounting;

•

Must be familiar with the procedures for preparing and submitting official reports;

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri

- Official documentation in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan; - Working schedule: 6 days; - Salary: To be negotiated; - Lunch is provided by the company. - Address: 1 Metallurg Street, Sumgayit City.

• Ensuring the calculation of monthly salaries for company employees and timely payments; • Ensuring that salary-related information is entered into the relevant program on time and correctly according to the salary payment period; • Ensuring the calculation and timely payment of final settlements, all types of leaves, sick leave certificates, bonuses, etc.; • Ensuring the calculation and timely payment of internal and external business trips; • Preparing sick leave certificates, social leaves, one-time payments in the electronic portal to ensure timely payments by the State Social Protection Fund; • Responding to inquiries and questions regarding salaries; • Preparing reports related to salaries presented to tax, SSF, and statistical authorities; • Performing other salary-related operations and maintaining documentation.
