Project Financing Credit Analyst

Job responsibilities: Analyze loan applications received by the bank for project financing in accordance with the bank's internal rules and regulations (including reviewing client business activities), evaluate them, prepare opinions and present relevant opinions during discussions for making decisions regarding those applications; When preparing the credit memorandum for project loans, request additional information and documentation from the client's relevant representative if further clarifications are needed; Conduct regular monitoring and analysis of all project phases during the validity of the credit agreement for project loans, and engage in discussions with relevant bank structural divisions if necessary, preparing relevant proposals and presenting them accordingly; Participate in the regular monitoring of project loans in the bank's credit portfolio along with the responsible structuring division for risk management; Provide required reports (information) on project loans; Engage in discussions, hold meetings, and cooperate with relevant structural divisions of state institutions within the framework of their authority, as well as with local and foreign financial institutions and consultants involved in the analysis of economic issues; Conduct research and investigations in the field of project financing and, if necessary, use the services of international and local consultants in this area.
