Product Owner (Cross-border)

Proactive attitude, ability to promote ideas and find solutions Excellent command of English and Russian (both spoken and written) Proven experience as a Product Owner Experience in product management, business development, or strategy, preferably in fintech or payments. Strong understanding of cross-border payment systems, flows, and regulations. Experience launching and scaling products, ideally from scratch. Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing. Ability to define product strategy, manage backlogs, and track key metrics. Experience with international markets and partner integrations (APIs, payment systems). Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams. Ability to build partnerships and align product development with business goals. Proactive, ownership-driven, and results-oriented approach.
