Medical Expert

The Medical Expert plays a key role in ensuring the quality and financial sustainability of the company's services by conducting medical insurance case evaluations, facilitating effective cooperation with medical institutions, substantiating insurance payments, and performing medical-financial analysis. Responsibilities: Establishing direct communication with representatives of medical institutions and attending physicians to protect the interests of insured persons and explaining medical insurance principles. Analyzing documents received for insurance cases and conducting medical-financial expertise, including on-site evaluations at medical institutions when necessary. Preparing the Insurance Act when a decision is made to process an insurance payment. Supporting Assistance Center staff by explaining the specifics of working with clinics and assisting with current issues. Ensuring payments for insured persons who apply to non-subcontractor medical institutions. Preparing expert opinions for court proceedings related to insurance disputes. Achieving periodic targets set by the company and providing accurate information in cases of conflict of interest. Ensuring the protection of customer and employee data. Organizing hospitalizations and monitoring the treatment process for insured persons. Ensuring settlement of insurance cases under medical insurance. Conducting expertise in cases requiring payment to insured persons. Fulfilling other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. Knowledge and Skills: Medical knowledge and medical-financial expertise skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to respond quickly to non-standard situations. Logical thinking and analytical approach. Responsibility and reliability. Stress resistance and high work ethic. Language skills: Azerbaijani -fluent, English and Russian is desirable.
