Leading/Senior Specialist of the Strategy Expert Center

Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the implementation of existing initiatives within the framework of the Bank's development strategy. Identifying obstacles that arise during the implementation of initiatives and escalating issues regarding addressing them; Supporting the management of the content of quarterly business meetings within the framework of the Bank's development strategy; Assisting in discussions with relevant sponsors regarding projects under the Bank's development strategy; Providing coordination, expertise, ideas, and content support for the implementation of the Bank's strategic initiatives; Sending inquiries to relevant structures for the execution of the strategic plan, ensuring the collection of relevant data to determine key activity areas and metrics; Participating in the preparation of information related to the Bank's internal and external environment; Ensuring the joint identification of tactical tasks for strategic projects with relevant structural divisions; Collecting data for research on strategic projects; Organizing the management of projects emerging from the Bank's development strategy, ensuring their execution in accordance with order requirements and execution timelines. Supporting the implementation of tasks resulting from strategic initiatives; Assisting in the implementation of projects by external consultants, regulators, and ABB subsidiary enterprises.
