Higher education in economics, finance, statistics, information technologies, or related field; Minimum 2–4 years of work experience in banking, finance, or risk management; Knowledge in data risk, data governance, or operational risk; Ability to work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools; Analytical thinking and risk assessment skills; Good written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; Ability to work in a team and coordinate with various departments; Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); Knowledge of banking regulations and risk standards (e.g., Basel III); Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.

This role is aimed at effectively managing risks related to the bank's data assets. The specialist works on identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in data governance, data quality, and security. Additionally, monitoring risks and applying internal control mechanisms in the processes of data storage, processing, and transmission are among the main directions of this role.
