Higher education in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field; Minimum 2–4 years of experience in banking, finance, or risk management; Knowledge in data risk, data governance, and operational risk; Ability to work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, or other analytical tools; Analytical thinking and risk assessment skills; Good written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani and English; Ability to work in a team and coordinate with different departments; Experience with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); Knowledge of banking regulations and risk standards (e.g., Basel III); Experience in statistical analysis and data modeling.

This role is focused on the effective management of risks related to the bank's data assets. The specialist performs activities related to identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in data management (data governance), data quality, and data security. Additionally, monitoring risks and implementing internal control mechanisms in the processes of data storage, processing, and transmission are among the main aspects of this role.
