Junior Specialist / Specialist of the Reporting and Analysis Department of the Purchasing Department

Key responsibilities: Collecting, verifying, and analyzing procurement data from systems used for purchasing; Preparing analytical reports and presentations on purchases on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis; Preparing and regularly updating KPI reports and analytical dashboards for purchases; Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data in reports; Analyzing deviations and trends during the data verification process; Identifying opportunities for automating reports and improving processes; Providing support for presenting procurement data during internal audits. Suitable candidates for us: University graduate (preferably in economics, finance, business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or related fields); Fluent in Azerbaijani (knowledge of English and Russian is preferred); Minimum of 1 year of work experience in procurement and analytics (having relevant certifications is an advantage); Knowledge of ERP/purchasing systems (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Ariba, 1C, etc.); High-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros); Ability to prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Prezi; Familiarity with Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar visual analytics tools; Accuracy, attention to detail, responsibility, and analytical thinking skills; Ability to present data in a simple and understandable manner.
