Junior Specialist of the Remote Customer Recognition and Identification Department

Your responsibilities will include: Handling all customer inquiries received through various channels, properly informing customers, and providing high-quality service for all customer inquiries; Organizing, managing, and directing online services for credit and non-credit products; Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to their work and presenting them to the group leader and department manager; Making survey calls to customers for market research purposes; Performing other duties related to their job assigned by the direct supervisor; Complying with the bank's health and safety policy requirements and any additional security requirements that may arise; Conducting and confirming video registration of online applications; Conducting video calls with customers; Remote identification of customer identity. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education; Has at least 1 year of work experience; Has knowledge of the Central Bank regulations and the fundamentals of banking in the relevant field; Fluent in Azerbaijani, and knowledgeable in Russian and English (preferably); Is proficient in MS Office programs.
