Junior Specialist in Retail Product Sales

Tasks you will perform: Conducting planned meetings with B2C customers, as well as organizations and partner sales points to present bank products; Presenting suitable credit and card products based on analysis of customer needs and completing the sales process; Establishing initial contacts with potential customers, organizing meetings, and directing them toward sales; Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries, supporting online documentation processes, and ensuring the level of service; Achieving sales targets and preparing reports on performance results; Executing other tasks assigned by management. The suitable candidate for us: Higher education (education in economic fields is an advantage); Fluent communication in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage); Work experience in sales (at least 1 year of experience in bank/finance or B2C field sales is preferred); Strong communication and presentation skills, effectively managing customer objections; Able to actively participate in field meetings; Results-oriented, with planning and execution discipline; A person who can work both in a team and individually.
