Junior Specialist in Retail Product Sales

Your tasks will include: Conducting planned meetings with B2C customers, as well as organizations and partner sales points to present bank products; Presenting and completing the sales process of suitable credit and card products based on the analysis of customer needs; Establishing initial contacts with potential customers, organizing meetings and directing them towards sales; Providing timely responses to customer inquiries, supporting the online documentation process, and ensuring service quality; Achieving sales targets and preparing reports on performance results; Executing other tasks assigned by management. The suitable candidate for us: Higher education (education in the field of economics is preferred); Fluent communication in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage); Experience in sales (at least 1 year of experience in banking/finance or B2C field sales is preferred); Strong communication and presentation skills, effective management of customer objections; Active and able to participate in field meetings; Result-oriented, disciplined in planning and execution; A person who can work both in a team and independently.
