Junior Specialist in Micro Credits - Khachmaz

Your tasks will include: Attracting potential customers that may belong to the bank's micro credit segment, managing the microcredit portfolio, and organizing the sale of all types of bank products related to this segment; Organizing the acceptance of customers' credit applications from customer service structures, conducting initial analysis, coordinating with relevant structural divisions for submission to the appropriate decision-making body, and following the process until completion; Managing the credit portfolio, monitoring its quality, and implementing relevant measures to eliminate delays; Visiting customer business entities and conducting monitoring; Preparing relevant reports. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education; Minimum 1 year of work experience in the micro-lending field; Is proficient in office programs (Word, Excel); Has the ability to work with reports; Possesses good communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
