Junior Specialist in Alternative Sales Channels

Your tasks will include: Working with all customer inquiries received through various channels, properly informing customers, and providing high-quality service for all customer inquiries; Organizing, managing, and directing online services for credit and non-credit products; Organizing the sales of credit (credit card) orders received through the bank's electronic channels; Executing the sales of bank products to existing and new customers via phone; Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to the work done and presenting them to the group leader and department manager; Achieving assigned sales plans for monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; Making survey calls to customers for market research purposes; Completing other duties assigned by the direct supervisor related to the position; Observing the requirements of the bank's Health and Safety policy and any additional security requirements that may be imposed. The ideal candidate for us: Has higher education; Has at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field; Has knowledge of the regulations of the Central Bank and the fundamentals of banking in the current direction; Speaks Azerbaijani (fluently), Russian, and English (desirable); Has excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
