The suitable candidate for us: • Holds experience and knowledge in any of the following areas: - Fundamental knowledge in IT system administration or networking; - Ability to work with operating systems; - 1 year of experience in IT Governance or IT Risk; • Proficient in writing and speaking Russian; • Holds higher education and/or certifications in relevant fields; • Possesses high personal qualities and values; • Analytical and critical thinking skills; • Initiative and perseverance; • Impartiality, neutrality, independence; • Micro and macro perspective on issues; • High communication skills; • Willingness for continuous improvement; • Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, or Russian; • Ability to work with Microsoft Office and/or data analytical programs; • Possesses a flawless citizenship.

Your duties will include: • Execution or support of audits in the bank and its subsidiaries; • Implementation of the Quality Assurance function in IT audit; • Development and improvement of the regulatory base and methodology in the field of IT audit; • Participation in assessing compliance of internal audit activities with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices; • Conducting investigations into fraud cases or supporting those investigations; • Participation in assessing the adequacy of IT-related risks and control systems, as well as the efficiency of operations and effectiveness of costs; • Participation in projects aimed at organizing and improving internal audit activities; • Checking and assessing IT infrastructure, policies, and operations; • Validating the adequacy of IT-related risks and control systems, as well as the efficiency of operations and effectiveness of costs; • Assessing risks related to third-party IT service providers and outsourcing agreements; • Evaluating business continuity and disaster recovery plans; • Checking the adequacy and effectiveness of the security of IT Systems and IT Infrastructure; • Conducting remote and on-site audits, performing analysis of data/information bases; • Compiling audit observations, recommendations, and reports containing identified measures.
