Head of Project Management Division

Key responsibilities include: Support the management of the company's project portfolio and ensure its alignment with business strategy. Continuously improve project management methodologies based on business needs and project specifics. Oversee project execution and documentation in accordance with established methodologies. Ensure evaluation of completed projects based on defined Key Performance Indicators. Develop new processes to increase project efficiency across the company. Review monthly project portfolio reports and share recommendations with the department head. Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of internationally recognized project and process management methodologies. Ability to analyze operations within the company's operational systems. Understanding of key legislative and regulatory requirements. Project management, coordination, and leadership skills. Professional presentation and written/verbal communication skills. Logical and analytical thinking. Integrity and initiative. Ability to work effectively in a team. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business or Management. International certification in project or process management methodologies.
