As PAŞA Insurance, we are looking for a talented and motivated FrontEnd CoE (Head of Front End Center of Excellence) to join our dynamic IT team. This leader will oversee the development of the company's frontend technologies, the design of system and component architecture, the formation of performant and secure web applications tailored to user experience, the management of the technical team, and the implementation of innovative solutions. Job responsibilities include: Technical leadership and guidance of frontend teams' technical activities and standards, UI/UX focused technology solutions, applying component architecture and performance-oriented design principles to optimize user experience, choosing and implementing modern JavaScript frameworks, build systems, and UI libraries, team management and mentoring, supporting the development of junior and mid-level developers, knowledge sharing and organizing code reviews, ensuring code quality and security, ensuring standard compliance in areas like code quality, test coverage, accessibility, and SEO, project planning and execution aligned with Agile structure, closely coordinating work with backend, mobile, design, and product teams.
