"PAŞA Sığorta" ASC invites candidates to apply for the position of Head of Administration Department to become a member of a professional team. The company organizes and conducts administrative and document circulation in accordance with internal regulations, ensures the accounting, storage, execution control, and archiving of documents, and supports the efficient and continuous implementation of documentation processes.

Vəzifə öhdəlikləri

Duties: · Oversee the organization, management, and compliance of administrative work within the company according to regulatory documents; · Ensure that the registration, accounting, and execution of incoming and outgoing documents are carried out timely and correctly; · Monitor the execution deadlines of documents and provide regular reports to management on the execution status; · Organize the archiving work, ensure documents are arranged according to their storage durations, and oversee their transfer to the archive; · Organize the implementation and proper use of the electronic document circulation system, and perform control in this area; · Ensure the protection of confidential and service documents and compliance with confidentiality regulations; · Coordinate the activities of the employees of the administration department, assign their duties, and supervise work discipline; · Take measures to eliminate discrepancies identified in the documentation area and make improvement proposals; · Timely and qualitatively fulfill the assignments of management within the limits of their authority. Knowledge: · Higher education: Preference is given to the field of business; · Computer skills: Proficient use of MS Office programs; · Preference is given to candidates with knowledge of Insurance Legislation; · Language skills: High proficiency in Azerbaijani, and good proficiency in English and Russian. Experience: · 5 years of work experience in the field is required.
