Direct Sales Department Specialist / Senior Specialist

Job responsibilities: Conducting planned meetings with B2C customers as well as organizations and partner sales points and presenting bank products; Presenting suitable credit and card products based on the analysis of customer needs and completing the sales process; Establishing initial contacts with potential customers, organizing meetings, and directing them towards sales; Providing prompt responses to customer inquiries, supporting the online documentation process, and ensuring service level; Achieving sales targets and preparing reports on performance results; Executing other tasks assigned by management. Suitable candidate for us: Higher education (education in the field of economics is preferred); Fluent speaking in Azerbaijani (knowledge of Russian and English is preferred); Work experience in sales (at least 1 year of experience in banking/finance or B2C field sales is preferred); Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to effectively manage customer objections; Active and able to participate in field meetings; Results-oriented, with planning and execution discipline; A person who can work both in a team and individually.
