Consultant GRCS＆ORS (Governance, Risk and Compliance Services)

What we are looking for Minimum requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree (local or international) in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field. • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a Big 4 firm (preferably Consulting) or in an internal audit, risk, or governance-related role within business. • Practical experience working on project teams or client engagements. • Native/fluent in Azerbaijani, with advanced or fluent English (both written and spoken). • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred qualifications: • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems logically. • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and client-facing environment. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and concise deliverables. • Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. • Basic understanding of internal audit practices, risk management frameworks, and corporate governance principles. • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally with feedback.
