Participate in system upgrades, testing processes, and integration improvements. 2–4 years of experience in system integration or related IT fields. Networking knowledge (LAN/WAN). Understanding of core networking protocol suites. Logical network segmentation. Patch panels and switches. Cabling infrastructure. International SCS standards. Labeling (tagging) standards and practices. Cable routing/tracing. Project documentation. Line certification/testing.

Monitor integration processes, identify issues in a timely manner, and ensure their resolution. Prepare and update technical documentation related to integration workflows and systems. Collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and vendors. Ensure compliance with security policies and data protection requirements. Participate in system upgrades, testing processes, and integration improvements. Required competencies include strong attention to detail, high level of accuracy, leadership, collaboration, communication skills, teamwork, time management, organizational skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, flexibility, and the ability to work under pressure along with requirements analysis and documentation skills.
