Assistant in Direct Sales (Field)

'PASHA Insurance' OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Assistant in Direct Sales (Field) within the Retail and Sales Channels Department and become a member of a professional team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct direct sales in the field to increase the property insurance portfolio; Work on promoting the insurance products and services offered by the company in order to expand the existing individual customer base and increase sales volume; Provide high-quality customer service by offering informational support to clients applying to the company; Supervise the completion of inquiry forms by customers and timely submit the required and additional information about the applicant to the Underwriting Department to obtain the relevant tariff indicators and insurance conditions; Serve individual and bank customers and issue insurance certificates for appropriate insurance types according to customer needs; Create and manage separate files for each individual customer containing information on insurance certificate renewals, total insurance premium amounts, and other communications related to the respective customers.
