"PASHA Insurance" OJSC invites candidates to apply for the Telesales Assistant position within the Retail and Sales Channels Department and become a member of a professional team. Duties and Responsibilities: Promote the company's insurance products and services to expand the existing individual customer base and increase sales volumes; Provide information support and ensure high-quality service to customers contacting the company; Monitor the completion of questionnaires by customers and timely submit required and additional customer information to the Underwriting Department to obtain tariff indicators and insurance terms; Ensure the transfer of relevant information to the Insurance Operations Support Department for printing and delivery of Insurance Certificates; Serve individual and corporate customers and issue insurance certificates according to customer needs; Create and maintain separate files for each individual customer, including information on policy renewals, total insurance premiums, and related communications; Submit requests for the preparation of invoices.
