Tasks you will perform: Install and monitor the proper functioning of general system and application software (operating systems, office programs, etc.). Control user computers and solve emerging problems. User knowledge of MS Office, installation of operating systems, copying, eliminating problems in the system. Provide technical support for computer hardware, scanners, printers, phones, and other peripheral devices. Eliminate malfunctions of IT equipment in accordance with the company's IT policies, procedures, rules, and standards, if possible, ensure its operability by replacing the details of out-of-order equipment or sending it for repair according to procedures. Regularly diagnose computers and printers. The suitable candidate for us: Has a higher education in IT or a related field; IT certification is desirable; Has work experience in IT technical support; Has knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and software; Knows the basics of networking; Informed about TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols; Able to set up and configure email; Attention to detail and result-oriented; Has strong communication skills.
