5+ years of experience in backend development for high-performance applications. Strong expertise in system design and scalable architecture. Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. Hands-on experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with container orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Solid experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases. Practical experience with event-driven architectures using tools like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures. Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
