PASHA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Talent Management Intern and become a member of our professional team. This role provides support to talent management processes, including organizing training and development programs, assisting in the preparation of internal reports and presentations, updating internal databases, and monitoring training needs. The position contributes to the strategic objectives of the Human Resources and Internal Communications department by collaborating closely with the team to drive organizational development and optimize business processes.

Должностные обязанности

Responsibilities - Support the organization and implementation of training and development programs - Assist in preparing internal HR reports and presentations - Support the updating and accuracy of internal databases and documentation - Assist in the registration and evaluation of conducted trainings - Help collect, monitor, and identify training needs - Fulfill other tasks assigned by the team Knowledge and Skills - Proficiency in MS Office programs (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a team and openness to learning - Attention to detail, responsibility, and initiative - Time management and multitasking abilities - Adherence to ethical conduct and confidentiality principles - Stakeholder management skills - Emotional intelligence and strong communication skills - Business process and analytical knowledge, critical analysis skills - Ability to prepare quality presentations and reports - Research and result presentation skills Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian Education and Experience - Higher education - No experience required What we offer - Opportunity to work in a professional and supportive team - Extensive opportunities for personal and professional development - Environment for learning and knowledge sharing - Culture of transparency and collaboration within the company - Opportunity to work in a "Great Place To Work" certified company.
