Our ideal candidate: Higher education (in Management, Finance, Economics or related field); Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field (experience in international consulting firms is preferred); Strong analytical and structured analysis skills; Innovative and 'out-of-the-box' thinking; Ability to identify and solve root causes of problems; Advanced knowledge of 'PowerPoint' and 'Excel' (ability to prepare presentations at a professional level is desirable); International certifications (CFA, CIMA, PMP) are an advantage; High proficiency in English and Russian (preference); Teamwork skills (experience in team management is preferred).
Должностные обязанности
You will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the preparation of specific categories of the bank's strategy and operational plan. Providing support as an internal advisor during consulting projects and other strategic projects; Working together with the relevant structures of ABB Bank and its subsidiaries in the preparation of key performance indicators and strategic metrics. Conducting analyses of the internal and external environment, presenting the results to relevant structures, and supporting decision-making. Actively participating in the preparation of strategies for subsidiaries and conducting discussions with relevant structures. Conducting research and preparing proposals for potential areas for the creation of new business directions and subsidiaries, as well as discussing these with relevant structures; Coordinating projects with external consultants, ensuring quality control and facilitating relevant discussions with internal structures.
