Our ideal candidate: Higher education; 1-3 years of work experience in HR analytics or analytics field; High proficiency in analytical tools (Excel, Power BI); Knowledge of Human Resources and experience working with HR information systems (HRIS) is considered an advantage; Good command of English; Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; High-level communication skills; Open to innovation and development-oriented; Organizational skills and effective time management; Ability to collaborate and adapt within a team.

Должностные обязанности

Responsibilities: Participate in the planning and implementation of analytical projects related to human resources in banking; Manage analytical processes for the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data; Prepare and present comprehensive analytical reports on employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, performance indicators, employee satisfaction, employee value proposition (EVP), critical talents, and other HR metrics; Prepare various informative dashboards and analyses arising from talent management activities and present them accordingly; Research and participate in the application of best practices related to global and local trends in HR analytics; Collaborate with other departments on analytical and technological projects, acting as a product owner for relevant projects; Participate in HR transformation projects, providing analytical support for the improvement and transformation of the performance management system and other key HR processes.
