Your tasks will include: Implementing the bank's strategy in terms of talent management; Participating in the processes of developing tools and processes that involve criteria for selecting critical talents, assessment methodologies, and mentoring programs; Preparing and monitoring the implementation of individual development plans for selected candidates; Researching and implementing new development programs for selected candidates; Executing the succession planning process, managing the database, and periodic updates; Continuously researching global and local best practices to improve HR processes in the bank and proposing new projects accordingly; Participating in the writing of methodologies and monitoring their implementation while carrying out the functions of the HR expertise center.
