Specialist in Camera Monitoring for Monitoring and Analytics Department

Tasks you will perform: Monitor the continuous operation of POS terminals, acquiring operations, and electronic commerce systems; Set up remote monitoring systems (e.g., real-time analytical dashboards); Track acquiring projects, allocate resources, and follow up on tasks; Automate business processes, create digital ecosystems; Timely detect suspicious, inconsistent, or risky operations and inform the relevant department; Prepare, visualize, and explain reports based on monitoring results; Eliminate inconsistencies identified during monitoring. The suitable candidate for us: Higher education (preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Management, or IT); 1-3 years of work experience in acquiring; Knowledge of payment systems, POS terminals, and card operations; Knowledge in the field of acquiring, work experience in PSPs (payment service providers); Ability to work with SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau); Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; Ability to analyze anomalies in operations; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani (Russian or English is an advantage); A person with technical knowledge related to POS or payment terminals.
