Requirements: Higher education in the field of business is preferred; Computer skills: Proficiency in using MS Office programs; Language skills: High proficiency in Azerbaijani, and good proficiency in Russian and English; Candidates with knowledge of insurance legislation will be given preference. 3 years of work experience in the field is required.

PAŞA Insurance invites candidates to apply for the position of Specialist in Administrative Affairs and become a part of a professional team. Job responsibilities: Ensure the execution of procedural obligations related to the formation of the company's archival fund; Conduct the acceptance and transfer of documents whose retention period has expired to the archives; Systematize and classify documents according to the nomenclature; Ensure the confidentiality and protection of archival documents; Participate in the creation and maintenance of the electronic archive database; Conduct the inventory of archival documents and prepare lists; Participate in the preparation of acts for the destruction of documents whose retention period has expired; Comply with regulatory legal acts and methodological guidelines in archival work; Timely and qualitatively perform tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within own authority.
