Small Specialist in Alternative Sales Channels

Your tasks: To work with all customer inquiries received from various channels, to properly inform customers and provide high-quality service for all customer inquiries, Organizing, managing and directing online services for credit and non-credit products; Organizing the sales of loans (credit cards) ordered through the bank's electronic channels; Implementing the sales of bank products to existing and new customers via telephone; Preparing daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to the work done and presenting them to the group leader and department manager; Completing the assigned sales plans according to monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; Making survey-style calls to customers for market research purposes. Performing other duties related to their position assigned by the direct supervisor; Complying with the health and safety policy requirements of the bank and any additional security requirements that may be provided. Suitable candidate for us: University degree; Having at least 1 year of experience in the relevant field; Knowledge of the regulations of the Central Bank and the fundamentals of banking in the relevant area; Proficient in Azerbaijani (fluent), Russian and English (desirable) languages; Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
