Tasks to be performed: Accepting inquiries from clients and answering questions; Providing information about the bank's latest updates and campaigns; Accepting clients' suggestions and comments and directing them to the relevant structures; Connecting clients with the relevant structures and individuals for prompt resolution of any arising issues. The suitable candidate for us: Should have a college or higher education (4th-year students may apply); Must be fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian (English is desirable); Must have excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; Must possess communication skills and fluency in speech; Must be able to work in a team; Must have analytical thinking and motivation to work with clients at a high level; Must be able to work with a variable multi-shift schedule (related to 24/7 regime).
