Senior/Lead Specialist in Non-Financial Risk Management

Responsibilities: Monitor compliance with risk management strategy and policies, participate in the development of risk management methodologies, implement the risk identification process and provide methodological support to other departments, continuously monitor compliance with risk limits and immediately report any violations, conduct assessment and analysis of non-financial risks and prepare monthly risk reports, analyze data obtained from other departments, electronic information systems, and external sources for risk assessment and management purposes, provide methodological support to other departments on risk-related matters, analyze and monitor incidents reported within the incident management system, participate in the preparation of the Risk Appetite Statement. Knowledge and Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent knowledge in non-financial risk management, theoretical knowledge in insurance, presentation skills, ability to work with large databases, emotional stability and responsibility, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, logical and analytical thinking, stress resistance, initiative. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian. ARM and FRM certifications are preferred. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics. At least 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management.
