PAŞA Insurance OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Non-Financial Risk Management Senior/Lead Specialist and become a member of our professional team. PAŞA Sığorta ASC invites candidates to apply for the position of Non-Financial Risk Management Senior/Lead Specialist and become a member of our professional team. This role is designed to ensure effective management of non-financial risks, support the achievement of strategic risk maturity objectives, and provide methodological support to departments. The specialist will contribute to the organization's sustainable growth and resilience by performing key functions such as risk identification, assessment and analysis, monitoring risk limits, incident management, and preparation of risk reports. Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with risk management strategy and policies, participating in the development of risk management methodologies, implementing the risk identification process, providing methodological support to other departments, continually monitoring compliance with risk limits, conducting assessment and analysis of non-financial risks, preparing monthly risk reports, analyzing data for risk management purposes, providing methodological support to other departments, analyzing and monitoring incidents, and participating in the preparation of the Risk Appetite Statement. Knowledge and Skills required include proficiency in MS Office applications, excellent knowledge in non-financial risk management, theoretical knowledge in insurance, presentation skills, ability to work with large databases, emotional stability and responsibility, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, logical and analytical thinking, stress resistance, and initiative. Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian. ARM and FRM certifications are preferred. Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or Mathematics and at least 3 years of experience in non-financial risk management.
