Senior Specialist in Model Risks and Organizational Risk Management

"PASHA Insurance" OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Senior Specialist in Model Risks and Organizational Risk Management in the Risk Management Department and become a member of a professional team. Key Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate the processes of identification, assessment, monitoring, and management of model and organizational risks; Ensure the development and updating of methodologies, internal rules, and procedures for model and organizational risk management; Oversee the maintenance, classification, and risk-level monitoring of the model inventory and provide recommendations on model risk management; Ensure risk assessments across the entire model lifecycle (development, modification, use, and monitoring); Monitor the implementation of action plans addressing gaps and recommendations identified through model validation; Ensure the preparation and updating of organizational risk maps, risk registers, and risk appetite indicators; Coordinate RCSA processes and participate in the development of risk mitigation actions based on results; Oversee the development of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), setting of limits, and ongoing monitoring; Analyze data obtained from other structural units, information systems, and external sources for risk assessment purposes; Ensure the preparation of periodic reports on model and organizational risks for management and oversight bodies; Provide advisory and methodological support to other departments on risk management matters; Participate in organizing initiatives and training programs aimed at strengthening risk culture; Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
