Higher education (required in biomedical engineering or medical specialty); Medical knowledge and/or experience in the medical field; Foreign language proficiency (English and Russian); Minimum 1 year of experience as a sales manager or in a relevant field; Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to prepare presentations and proposals; Teamwork skills, proactive and results-oriented approach.

Job Responsibilities: Organize and implement the sale of laboratory devices, equipment, reagents, and other medical supplies; Continuously attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers; Organize meetings with customers to provide detailed information about new products, samples, and services; Ensure customer satisfaction at the highest level and build positive, long-term relationships; Identify assigned sales targets and develop effective strategies to achieve those targets; Monitor, analyze, and optimize each stage of the sales process; Regularly prepare sales reports and present them to management.
