At least 4 years of experience in QA, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in building QA processes from scratch and improving them. Experience in managing a team of 5 or more people. Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and techniques, including functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing. Experience in developing test strategies and test plans. Experience in implementing testing methodologies and processes. Experience in managing a team of testers (task planning, monitoring, employee training, and development). Mentorship skills and the ability to share expertise. Ability to interact with various stakeholders, including product teams, developers, analysts, and management. Experience working in cross-functional teams and negotiating on product quality. Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., TestRail, X-ray, etc.). Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman). Basic SQL skills and log analysis. Experience with test automation and understanding of integrating tests into CI/CD. Experience in testing mobile applications. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of SDLC and its impact on testing processes. Nice to Have: Experience with performance testing and security testing. Experience in the banking sector.
