"PASHA Insurance" OJSC invites candidates to apply for the position of Loss Adjuster (Barda Branch) within the Retail and Sales Channels Department and become a member of its professional team. Job Responsibilities: Register insurance claims under relevant insurance lines, prepare initial documentation, and contribute to the overall improvement of the claims process. Ensure the full and accurate settlement of insurance claims. Forward registered claims to the relevant department within 2 business days. Enter claim-related information into the electronic system based on customer applications. Send official requests to authorized government bodies and other institutions to collect claim-related documents. During fraud investigations, obtain written or video statements from involved parties and promptly forward information to the Fraud Detection Department. Visit accident sites, prepare relevant reports, and conduct photo/video recordings of the scene, involved parties, damaged property, and documents. Arrange vehicle evacuation from the accident scene when required. Record any detected signs of insurance fraud or suspicious traces in the initial report. Organize the arrival of authorized government officials and other relevant institutions at the accident site. In cases of suspected alcohol, narcotics, psychotropic substances, or other intoxicants, accompany involved parties to medical facilities together with authorized representatives. Upload all collected information, documents, photos, and videos related to the incident to the electronic database or server. Support the assessment of damaged property within the assigned region. Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
