Leading Specialist in Business Analytics for Retail Lending Sector

Your tasks will include: Detailed technical analysis of business processes down to the level of database model design; Preparation of technical documentation for business processes (at the user and technical levels - use case); Participation in the preparation of minimal test plans and test scenarios for business processes; Monitoring the implementation of changes to technical tasks during the execution period and verification of compliance with requirements; Participation in presenting the modified business process at the testing stage to the ordering party and the support team of Bank Systems; Coordination of the business process with the programming team (Flex, BPM, Management) and submission of reports on the work done; Ensuring the feasibility of report preparation during analysis and identifying potential risks; Discussion of technical issues and ensuring compliance with the IT department, client structure, and other partners (third parties). The suitable candidate for us: Higher education; Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; Knowledge of bank products; Experience working with bank modules (Flexcube is desirable), BPM processes, or analytical data processing systems; Ability to prepare technical tasks (document preparation at user and technical levels, building sequential algorithms); Knowledge of querying in databases (SQL); Knowledge of foreign languages (at the level of understanding and preparing technical tasks); Knowledge of web services: Architecture type (Rest/Soap), ability to query API servers, understanding of querying formats (JSON / XML); Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodology and flowcharts (BPMN).
