Your responsibilities will include: Determining the salaries for newly hired and rotated employees within the Bank; Ensuring that internal regulations and competitive salary levels are established during employee salary and position increases; Collecting, analyzing, and presenting relevant data based on salary inquiries from external companies (WTW); Preparing reports related to salary and compensation; Conducting internal comparative analyses regarding assigned employee rewards; Analyzing to determine the annual salary budget.
