The suitable candidate for us: Has higher education in IT or relevant field; IT certifications are desirable; Has work experience in IT Technical Support; Knowledge of operating systems, computer hardware, and software; Basic knowledge of networking; Informed about TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS protocols; Able to configure and set up email; Detail-oriented and result-oriented; Has high communication skills.
Должностные обязанности
Tasks to be performed: Set up and monitor the proper functioning of general system and application software tools (operating systems, office programs, etc.). Oversee user computers and resolve arising issues. User knowledge of MS Office, installation of operating systems, backups, and resolution of system issues. Provide technical support for computer hardware, scanners, printers, phones, and other peripheral devices. Eliminate faults in IT equipment in accordance with the company's IT policies, procedures, rules, and standards; if possible, ensure the operational capacity by replacing parts of malfunctioning equipment or sending it for repair per procedures. Conduct regular diagnostics of computers and printers.
